Shipping Policies

Jefferson Campus Stores are proud to offer you the most competitive shipping rates. All of our shipments are professionally packed to ensure the safety of your items in route.

UPS shipping costs are $6.00 for the first item, $2.00 each for the 2nd and 3rd item and $1.00 each thereafter. Insured diploma frame shipping is $25.00 per frame and insured computer shipping is $35.00 per computer. The average delivery time for diploma frames is 2-3 weeks. Expedited shipping is available and is an option at checkout.

On average, your order will be processed within 24 hours, however, during August and December processing times may take longer. **Shipping may be delayed due to COVID19 until conditions allow, but your order will be processed as quickly as possible.

Return

We are confident that you will enjoy our products. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return general merchandise items purchased within 14 days from the day you received your order to obtain a full refund. All items must be returned in the original condition. If the return is due to our error, shipping charges will be refunded.

  • New books must include all software with unopened packages as well as all intact web codes; still in shrink-wrapping or original protective packaging.
  • Used books must not include any additional highlighting, writing, drawings etc.
  • Packing list / receipt must be included with each return.
  • Diploma frames must be returned directly to the manufacturer; please call the campus store for return information.
  • Computer hardware, including laptops, desktops, and tablets are non returnable. All other electronic merchandise is subject to return approval by a campus store representative.

The Returns & Exchanges Form must be included with each return. Returns missing this information can not be credited. If the return is due to our error all shipping charges will be refunded to the original credit card or account used for payment.


Return Policy Instructions

Include the Returns and Exchanges Form with your return. Repackage your item(s) in the original packaging or in an appropriate cardboard box. Using packing material (e.g. styrofoam peanuts, bubble wrap, etc) around your item(s), pack and tape your package securely. Select a carrier that offers you the option to insure and track your package. UPS, FedEx, and USPS all offer this option. Insuring and tracking your package protects you as the shipper and helps ensure your shipment goes to the correct destination in the same condition it was as when you sent it. Write down your tracking number and keep it until we have refunded your money. Ship your return to the following address:

Arrange for a carrier to pick up your package or drop it off with the carrier. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is not refundable, unless due to our error. No credit is given for lost or damaged packages in route to the Jefferson Campus Store. Please insure and track your package. Returns to the Jefferson Campus Store will be refunded to the original credit card or account used for payment unless a different payment option was selected. A refund will be posted to your credit card or account once your return is received and processed. Processing times for returns vary, and may take up to 20 days from the day the return is received for a credit to be transmitted to your credit card or account. It normally takes 5-10 business days for financial institutions to process the transmitted credit request.
