Jefferson Campus Stores are proud to offer you the most competitive shipping rates. All of our shipments are professionally packed to ensure the safety of your items in route.
UPS shipping costs are $8.00 for the first item and $2.50 for each additional item. Insured diploma frame shipping for bachelors and masters frames are $28.00 per frame and SKMC frames are $39.00 per frame. The average delivery time for diploma frames is 2-3 weeks. Insured computer shipping is $40.00 per computer. Expedited shipping is available and is an option at checkout. We offer FREE shipping for all orders over $100.00. Please use coupon code FREESHIP.
On average, your order will be processed within 24 hours, however, during August and December processing times may take longer.
Due to extreme shipping costs, we are unfortunately unable to ship orders internationally at this time.

We are confident that you will enjoy our products. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return general merchandise items purchased within 14 days from the day you received your order to obtain a full refund (excluding technology). All items must be returned in the original condition and must be resellable. If the return is due to our error, shipping charges will be refunded. Please include the "Returns and Exchanges Form" with your return. If you need a copy, please email the Campus Store at campusstore@jefferson.edu .
- New books must include all software with unopened packages as well as all intact web codes; still in shrink-wrapping or original protective packaging. Spring 2025 textbooks are returnable until January, 17 2025.
- Used books must not include any additional highlighting, writing, drawings etc.
- Packing list / receipt must be included with each return.
- Diploma frames must be returned in the original packaging they were shipped in. Returns or exchanges are not allowed without the original packaging.
Computer hardware, including laptops, desktops, and tablets are non returnable. All other electronic merchandise is subject to return approval by a campus store representative. Apple merchandise is non returnable.
Other items that are non-returnable are paints, sprays, markers, sale items, and stethoscopes.
Wood can be returned within one week.
The Returns & Exchanges Form must be included with each return. Returns missing this information can not be credited. If the return is due to our error all shipping charges will be refunded to the original credit card or account used for payment.
Return Policy Instructions
Include the Returns and Exchanges Form with your return. Repackage your item(s) in the original packaging or in an appropriate cardboard box. Using packing material (e.g. styrofoam peanuts, bubble wrap, etc) around your item(s), pack and tape your package securely. Select a carrier that offers you the option to insure and track your package. UPS, FedEx, and USPS all offer this option. Insuring and tracking your package protects you as the shipper and helps ensure your shipment goes to the correct destination in the same condition it was as when you sent it. Write down your tracking number and keep it until we have refunded your money. Ship your return to the following address:

Arrange for a carrier to pick up your package or drop it off with the carrier. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is not refundable, unless due to our error. No credit is given for lost or damaged packages in route to the Jefferson Campus Store. Please insure and track your package. Returns to the Jefferson Campus Store will be refunded to the original credit card or account used for payment unless a different payment option was selected. A refund will be posted to your credit card or account once your return is received and processed. Processing times for returns vary, and may take up to 20 days from the day the return is received for a credit to be transmitted to your credit card or account. It normally takes 5-10 business days for financial institutions to process the transmitted credit request.
