What do I need to get started?
To add product to your shopping cart, you must have cookies
enabled on your machine. If you do not see product you have selected appear in
your shopping cart, check your browser's advanced security settings to see if
cookies are enabled.
To make an online purchase, you will need a major credit card or a campus card. We accept all major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card.
Why isn't everything I've seen in the Campus Store available here online?
Only a portion of the merchandise available in the
physical stores are made available online. If you think there is an item that
should be
available through the online store please let us know by either e-mail
campusstore@jefferson.edu or phone 215-951-2717.
Why does the status of some products switch from "available" to "sorry...this item is currently out of stock" after I go to add it to my shopping cart?
Sometimes, the specific choices you make regarding
color and size of a given item may result in a out of stock notice within our
system. Rather than take the order immediately, we like to ensure we
have what you are looking for. You can always email us at
campusstore@jefferson.edu with any questions. On those rare occasions
when we must notify you that an item is out of stock after you have placed your
order, we can always credit your account or make other arrangements for receipt
of merchandise.
When will textbooks be available for sale for the upcoming semester?
Generally, we like to make textbooks and course
materials available for
sale during the week of registration for the upcoming semester. You are
encouraged to check our
site to see when the upcoming semester textbooks are available.
Can I pay online and reserve my purchase to be picked up at my mailbox?
Yes. Purchases can be paid for and reserved
to be picked up when you arrive on campus. Please select either "East Falls
Reserve Pick-up" or "Center City Reserve Pick-up" when checking out.
Can you send me a bill or invoice a corporate account?
No. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, Discover Card and for students who have them, Thomas Jefferson University
Campus Cards.
Will my credit card be charged immediately upon checkout?
No. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is processed and ready to be shipped.
Can I send a gift to someone?
You can always make a purchase and indicate
separate billing and shipping addresses. However, we do not, at this time,
provide any gift-wrapping.
What will I be charged for shipping and handling?
All shipping is via UPS. You have the choice
of UPS Ground, 2nd Day, or Next Day. Shipping and handling costs vary depending
on the number of items in your shopping basket, and will be automatically
calculated upon checkout before you finalize your order.

Will I be charged sales tax?
All orders being billed and/or shipped to
customers in Pennsylvania will be charged the city's 8% sales tax. All
orders shipped outside the state of Pennsylvania will not be charged sales tax.
